What is Ratecard?

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. 3 conditional table-rate rules for one store — enough to launch real rate logic and prove it, with no credit card and no time limit. It's not a stripped-down trial.
Will the price ever change based on my order volume?
No. Unlimited is $35/mo flat regardless of volume — unlimited rules, orders, carriers, and origins — genuinely; no soft caps.
How do I actually pay?
Through Shopify's own billing — approve the charge once inside your Shopify admin and it's billed on your normal Shopify invoice. See Pricing for the full breakdown.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes, anytime, from the app's page in your Shopify admin — no email, no retention flow, no minimum term.
